In seeking an effective method to deliver this program to a wider audience, I developed a straightforward, user-friendly application that can be accessed anytime and anywhere, requiring minimal space. All that is necessary is the user’s participation, comfortable clothing suitable for movement, and a smartphone. What distinguishes this application is its capacity to accurately assess individual needs on a given day through Traditional Chinese Medical diagnostics and subsequently generate a personalized set of moving meditation exercises tailored to address specific symptoms.

This innovative app is designed with simplicity in mind and offers three distinct options to support the care of mind, breath, and body.

1. Option 1 – Complete Program: Ideal for first-time users, this option guides users through eight instructional videos covering the full qigong routine. By selecting this, users can follow along to initiate the healing process.
2. Option 2 – Personalized Exercise Prescription: Suitable for both new and returning users, this feature enables the app to diagnose daily needs based on user input. Through five organ-specific dropdown menus, users can specify their symptoms, prompting the app to design a customized workout tailored to individual requirements.
3. Option 3 – Flexible Selection: Designed for experienced users familiar with the app's functions, this option allows them to select any exercises they wish to perform on a given day.

Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) has been utilized in China as a preventative health practice for nearly five thousand years. With over 3,600 distinct styles—Tai Chi being among the most renowned—qigong involves gentle, slow calisthenic movements aimed at stimulating the body’s major acupuncture meridians. These meridians influence internal organ function through physical stimulation. During practice, the mind engages in specific visualizations synchronized with breathing patterns, transforming physical movements into a form of moving meditation.
